A licensed and accredited association
Al-Mahd Humanitarian Services Association is officially licensed by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development, under the supervision of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
What the financial statements contain
The association discloses its financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, audited and accompanied by an independent auditor's report — which gives the figures an external footing that does not rest on the association alone.
The statements run to 14 pages covering the four principal statements plus the explanatory notes setting out the accounting policies and the detail behind each line.
Independent auditor's report
An outside accounting firm's opinion on whether the statements are fair and comply with the accounting standards adopted in the Kingdom.
Statement of financial position
Assets, liabilities and net assets as at 31 December 2025 — what the association owns and what it owes.
Statement of activities
Income and expenditure over the financial year, and how donations were spent across programs and activities.
Statement of cash flows
Cash in and out over the year, showing where liquidity came from and how it was used.
Explanatory notes
Seven pages setting out the accounting policies and the detail behind each line — an integral part of the statements.
Basis of disclosure
The statements are prepared and published in compliance with the requirements of the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development and the governance rules for non-profit associations.
