The Employment Qualification Programme is one of the association's principal programs in human capability development. It is aimed at job seekers from Mahd Governorate who want to enter the Saudi labour market with competitive skills.
It focuses on the practical and knowledge-based skills needed to get through interviews, present a CV and work effectively in a professional team — in line with Vision 2030 and its localisation targets.
The programme runs in partnership with a number of local employers, giving graduates genuine prospects of direct employment at the end of it.
