The association's objectives
The nine objectives the association works toward:
Building the capability of citizens in need so they and their families can develop themselves, and encouraging the principle of productive families
Developing practitioners' skills in studying harmful social phenomena and designing preventive social programs
Identifying community leaders and drawing on them to achieve sustainable development
Raising awareness of professional methods for developing eligible families vocationally and economically
Taking part in community development within the non-profit sector
Qualification, training and capability-building for the groups served
Proposing the programs and projects the local community needs
Contributing financially, in kind or in people to delivering, evaluating and following them up
Contributing to the development of the local community's human resources

Al-Mahd Humanitarian Services Association is officially licensed by the National Center for Non-Profit Sector Development, under the supervision of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
